R. Blair Norman is an experienced attorney with 25 years of practice. Blair is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in probate and estate planning. He received his BBA from the University of Oklahoma in 1998 and received his J.D., with honors, from Oklahoma City University in 1994. Blair is a principal of Norman & Norman, P.C.
Blair is from Fort Worth and attended Paschal High School. He is a Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show Board member, past chairman of the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate, and a past president of the Tarrant County Young Lawyer’s Association. Blair was named the Outstanding Young Lawyer of Tarrant County in 2003.
Blair is a frequent speaker at civic, church, and professional organizations on estate planning and probate. Blair currently teaches estate planning as part of TCU’s extended education program, and has been an instructor in estate planning for TCU’s certified financial planner program. Blair is married to Catherine, who is also a principal of the firm, and has two children, Savannah Jane, Duke University '21, and Jackson, University of Oklahoma '23.
