R. Blair Norman

R. Blair Norman became Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in estate planning and probate in 1999. He received his BBA from the University of Oklahoma in 1988 and received his J.D., with honors, from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1994. Blair is a principal of Norman & Norman, P.C.

Blair is from Fort Worth and attended Paschal High School. He is a Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show Director, Past Chairman of the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate, and a Past President of the Tarrant County Young Lawyer’s Association. Blair was named the Outstanding Young Lawyer of Tarrant County in 2003. 

Blair is a frequent speaker at civic, church, and professional organizations on estate planning and probate. Blair currently teaches classes on estate planning as part of TCU's SILVER FROGS education program. Blair is married to Catherine, who is also a principal of Norman & Norman P.C.
